Communication with users is provided via the journal's website through the Customer Service System (SAC), through contact@elgipublishing.com
Reviewers/Section Editors: Questions about manuscripts should be directed to the email address of the editor responsible for the journal in question, through submission@elgipublishing.com
Complaints and Non-Conformities
In the event of complaints or identified non-conformities, the BJOA follows a formal procedure. The complainant will receive a tracking number and may monitor the status of the complaint through this protocol.
